Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Built by Her, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Built by Her.
3. Fitness And Health
Built by Her provides training guidance and planning tools. It is not medical advice. You are responsible for deciding whether workouts are appropriate for your body, health, experience, equipment, and environment. Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other concerning symptom.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.
5. Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, copy or resell app content, or use Built by Her in a way that violates law or harms another person.
6. Content And Availability
Training content may change as the app improves. We may update, pause, or discontinue parts of the service when needed.
7. Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Built by Her is provided as is and without warranties. We are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages related to your use of the app except where liability cannot legally be limited.
